What is Time Line Therapy™?

Time Line Therapy ™ is one of the most powerful procedures for accelerating human change. It is a series of techniques, which allows you to release and eliminate unpleasant emotions from memories of past events. This can result in a dramatic improvement in your personal growth and development. And can help you to feel good.

Just imagine for a moment how your life would be different if certain unhappy events in your life had never taken place……

How can Time Line Therapy Help?

Are any of the following unpleasant emotions making you feel uncomfortable or uneasy? 

anger

frustration

temper

upset

annoyance

irritation

hate

hostility

doubt

guilt

sadness

remorse

regret

grief

sorrow

misery

depression

hurt

fear 

distrust

panic

terror

Other unpleasant emotions including:

It is important to understand that emotional problems tell you that something is wrong and that you should attend to that something in yourself, as holding on to those emotions is not good for your body. In the long term they damage the body and interfere with your health. They can also stop you moving forward and taking the necessary action to make your life more enjoyable.

Clearing up past-suppressed emotions often plays an important part in healing. Current research shows that your immune system is constantly in touch with your thoughts and feelings. The mind/ body connection is increasingly being seen to play an important part in our well being. Consequently, it makes sense that your health can be enhanced by the emotional freedom offered by the time line procedures.

 

How does Time Line Therapy work?

You can help yourself to better health by removing the unpleasant emotional feelings from your body.

It is also relatively quick and the time saving is often of great attraction to clients. For example: - Emotional and Belief work can usually be completed within three to six hours (one or two sessions).
