What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is a communication process in which I can assist you accessing your own inner resources, qualities and capabilities to achieve your desired outcomes.  Through Life Coaching you can  become more able to manage your life. Ideally after a number of sessions you will able to incorporate this process and be your own coach.
